INDIVIDUAL COUNSEL
Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, teletherapy or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained mental health clinician in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.
Individual counseling is focused on the individual's immediate or near future concerns. Individual counseling will be offered from licensed mental health therapist Brian Dilosa.
We recommend 12 weeks of counseling, but we always look to tailor it to what fits you best physically and financially.
At the end of 12 weeks clients may choose to discontinue sessions. However, majority of our clients choose to extend their counsel throughout their life journey.
